地球が終わりを迎える頃、ひからびた地面を両足で踏み、今日も遠くを見張っているストンドラフスキーと司令官。太陽がじりじりと照りつけるだけの、よくある終末の日常。と、そこに旧水平線の向こうから何かがやってくる。プロミネンス、鯨の骨、幽霊の夢。幸せとは、生きるとは、人間とは。そして終末が終わってゆく。
Contexts
There were few classes I enjoyed during my BA course. And this class was one of the few, it wasn't an acting course, it was designed for arts production and management course students. A part time lecturer who led the course gave an opportunity for the students to produce a collective performance of 5 short plays. This project was so close to be cancelled, because of the pressure of bureaucratic restriction of the university, they did not like the idea of letting students have their autonomies and independence in their creation at the university. He could only do this project because he knew that he was already quitting the position of lecturer, it was his first and last innovative project with students. He read my script and he was keen to see this play performed on the stage. I appreciate him a lot for giving me the opportunity to direct my original play, and working with professional actors.
